Flora Grand Hotel is the worst hotel I ever visited in Dubai. They have the poorest customer service team, all their staff are not friendly, from the security guard until the reception supervisor / manager. This hotel is not suitable for family and kids. They should notify all guests upon entry that children below 10 years old are not permitted in their premises. The hotel ventillation is very poor and with bad smell. The parking area is filthy. Definitely I wont go back to this place again.

Very good location in Dubai, it’s middle of old Dubai, walking distance to Al Regga street where you can find lot of restaurants, very near to city center shopping mall, very near to airport, rooms are spacious, staff also very friendly, value for money around 70$/night with breakfast. I think it’s fine.

Small budget hotel. Easy to find and not far from the metro. Space-wise it is a little bit tight and tend to be crowded. They have a small but very active fitness studio. Staff are friendly and approachable.

We stayed several nights at Flora Grand Hotel. The staff is really nice and friendly. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2 people. But the bathroom needs a refurbishment. It is outdated. The breakfast is good. They provide many choices. I liked the hotel. Would recommend it.

Good hotel for a few days stopover near older part of Dubai. Close to airport (but not too close that planes are bothering) and metro. Huge beds, decent breakfast. Small pool on roof (but small children not at all allowed in the water…) Would stay here again.

Very good value for money service.

Staff was great but the rooms were a little crowded but you get a phenomenal deal for your money: free steam room, free pool, free sauna, free Jacuzzi. The rooms are stacked with an iron and ironing board and the room service cleans when you want them to. I really really enjoyed it. If come again any time. Also the concierge us the most helpful person you could imagine.

This is one excellent establishment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and they arranged a room for us straight away with no early check in fee. The room was cleaned every day. The reception desk is open 24 hours. The travel desk is open during the day, they are very helpful with booking day out trips and getting tickets. The prices are pretty good too. There is a shuttle which takes you to the beach and a few other places. The metro link is literally around the corner. Getting a taxi is no problem at all. There are many food places and shopping stores near by. The area is lively even at 3am. The breakfast was another point which I found was better than my expectations. Again the staff are very friendly. There is a safe in the room. A mini bar (extra charges apply). Water and toiletries are also provided. There is a gym which is mixed use, sauna and steam room separate for men and women within the changing rooms. Jacuzzi tub and swimming pool on the roof top. Room service response was very quick. Even at checkout the staff were very helpful. Hotel Facilities Service Location All 5* from me Enjoyed the time we spent there. Thank you to all the team at Flora Grand.

Swimming pool small view from crap. Internal rooms to avoid you should not open window because of adjacent noisy engines. Visual 0. For what you pay surely there is better.

Honestly I had great staying at Flora Grand Hotel Dubai. Reception team did a excellent job while checking in and checking out. I had a good room, I enjoy, my family like the room, staff was friendly and kids enjoy staying in the hotel and was perfect for them. There was no delays or confusion when we are leaving the hotel. Room service and house keeping service were also excellent. When I request food dish there is follow up from service to make sure we received on time and any problems. Our Room was cleaned every day and Room service staff provided us with complementary. I would like to great thanks for Reception staff while check in/ out. They were friendly, helpful, speed up to get the room processes done when they look to us we are tired. we are happy to stay at Flora Grand Hotel Dubai.

Service, room, and location are all good. My hubby had his birthday party at DagatDagatan resto and Nika just gave us the best assistance to make our surprise birthday party happen. We also rented a superior room to stay for a night and we were upgraded for free! Overall satisfaction is great not including the indian manager of the resto who I think is always watching all our moves like we are sneeky people. Luckily, am happy with Nika and other Filipino staff who always serve us with a smile in their face.

Hotel in a district of Dubai always alive, close to the metro station and not far from the airport and the old Port of Dubai. Breakfast varied and very good, saunas swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and spa, at a price that we dream in Italy. Very nice the building inside, with staff always very courteous and helpful.

Good and very organized big up flora grand hotel, I was there looking for a businesses conection by a friend though l lost connection with him but when l will one day go back to Dubai this is the place to be.

He duty manager for today was being really rude to me, and when I asked him the reputation of the hospitality will go down by the way youre acting, he just nagged about and say dont worry about it. With all respect to Flora, but they have to educate such managers.

It is a very good place with an excellent service, located close to the metro which drops you close to the Mall of the emirates and directly next to the Dubai Mall.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and 7 nights. I must say it was excellent in every aspect that we expected. Very organized, polite and trained staffs. Excellent and healthy Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Free hi-speed Wifi in all areas including rooms. Business Center in case you need to print something and use PCs. Very clean and noise-free during evening and night time. Close to Airport and Metro Station. Many shops and Deira City Center has been located nearby. I will stay once again at this hotel once I get back to Dubai without any hesitation.

My husband and I came for our Honeymoon and stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. Everything about the hotel was near perfect from the warm welcome of the staff at the reception, to the courteous manner all the staff we encountered related with us. We were also given a surprise 'Happy Honeymoon' cake from the Hotel which was the main highlight of our stay. Awesome stuff! Breakfast was always nice with lots of variety, close to the metro station and restaurants. We will certainly love to stay at Flora Grand Hotel next time. I recommend to everyone.

No communication problems, even with a small presence of knowledge in the field of English. Did not like the food. 4 star hotel draws on these two. Tea, most probably cheap bags булькали right when visitors in teapots. One kind of tea and all! Coffee soluble was намешан in General teapot. Fruit one small tray at a great restaurant.
